Blogfy.io is an automatic blog content generation platform using artificial intelligence (AI). The Service allows users to create content campaigns that are automatically published on e-commerce and content management platforms, including Shopify and WordPress.

Content is generated using third-party AI models (such as OpenAI GPT-4o, GPT-4o Mini, and GPT-4.5) and is published on the blogs connected by the user.

To use the Service, the user must register by providing a valid email address and creating a password. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Plans and Payments

Blogfy offers different subscription plans (Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise) with varying credit limits and features. Credits are consumed when generating articles and reset at each billing cycle. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

• Plan credits reset monthly on the renewal date.
• Additional (bonus) credits purchased do not expire and are not reset.
• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the settings panel.
• No refunds are provided for partial usage periods.

The content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence models. While we strive to generate high-quality content, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

Content generated by Blogfy for the user belongs to the user. Blogfy retains all rights to the platform, its code, design, brand, and underlying technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blogfy provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, You Minox, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Orange County, Florida.
